Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and licensed  Branch 2 Pest Control Qualified Manager to join our team  as a partial business owner . This is a  key leadership role within our company, responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining compliance with state regulations, and overseeing the delivery of high-quality pest control services. Your expertise in general pest control, ability to lead technicians, and strong customer service skills will be critical to our continued growth and reputation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day pest control operations for Branch 2 services (general household pests).
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and develop targeted treatment plans.
• Supervise and train field technicians to ensure safe, compliant, and effective service delivery.
• Ensure all work meets or exceeds California Structural Pest Control Board standards.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
• Maintain up-to-date records of treatments, technician training, safety practices, and service reports.
• Manage inventory of materials and ensure all equipment is well maintained.
• Stay current on industry regulations, pesticide safety standards, and treatment methods.
• Serve as the company’s  Qualified Manager for Branch 2, maintaining all necessary certifications and documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid California Structural Pest Control  Branch 2 Operator License (Qualified Manager License)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pest control, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of household pests, treatment methods, and integrated pest management (IPM).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to coach and motivate field teams to maintain quality and efficiency.
