Front-End QA Tester

4 months plus onsite in Austin, TX

We're looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Front-End QA Tester to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our web applications, working closely with developers to deliver a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated cross-browser testing using BrowserStack .
• Utilize Xcode simulators for testing on various iOS devices.
• Implement and maintain visual regression tests using Cypress and Percy (or similar tools) .
• Develop and execute unit and integration tests using Jest (or similar frameworks) .
• Collaborate with the development team to identify, report, and track bugs.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and testing methodologies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a QA Tester, specifically with front-end web applications.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS .
• Experience with a Node.js development environment .
• Familiarity with cross-browser testing platforms like BrowserStack.
• Hands-on experience with Xcode simulators.
• Proficiency with Cypress and visual testing tools (e.g., Percy).
• Experience with Jest or other unit/integration testing frameworks.
• While not a hard requirement, experience working in a Mac environment is a plus as our team primarily uses Macs.
