**1st Shift - Welder - Pay up to $25/hr** **Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled welder with expertise in either MIG or TIG welding to join our team. 1st Shift: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM **Responsibilities** + Perform MIG welding on Aluminum or Steel. + Engage in production welding and occasional fabrication shop welding. + Interpret and read blueprints, drawings, calipers, tape measures, and angle gauges. + Set up welding machines according to job specifications and welding procedures. + Utilize robotic welders as needed. + Ensure products fit according to blueprint specifications. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in MIG or TIG welding with a minimum of 3 years experience, preferably with Aluminum. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience with structural steel or aluminum **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with sheet metal, stainless steel, mild steel, and production welding. + Knowledge of fabrication, fitting, and blueprint reading. **Why Work Here?** Join a family-owned company with a long-standing history and dedicated staff.
