Position Summary
The Creative Content Strategist is a highly imaginative and innovative professional responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering compelling visual and written content that enhances brand presence and drives engagement. This role demands a blend of artistic talent, originality, and strategic insight to craft engaging narratives and visuals that resonate across various platforms. The ideal candidate will work independently, exercising significant discretion and creative judgment, while collaborating with the marketing team to align content with organizational objectives.
Creative Content Creation
● Conceptualize and produce original multimedia content, including videos, photography, and motion graphics, tailored to specific campaigns and branding goals.
● Develop innovative storytelling techniques to highlight surgeries, in-office procedures, patient testimonials, and product features.
● Write captivating captions, scripts, and narratives that amplify brand messaging across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
● Design and implement dynamic motion graphics, animations, and special effects to elevate video content.
Visual and Artistic Execution
● Capture high-quality visual assets using professional-grade photography and videography equipment, ensuring consistency with brand aesthetics.
● Utilize advanced editing tools, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop, to craft polished and visually compelling final products.
● Create unique visual concepts for promotional campaigns, optimizing content for diverse platforms and audiences.

Artistic and Technical Expertise
● Demonstrated ability to produce work that showcases invention, imagination, originality, and artistic talent.

● Advanced knowledge of photography and videography techniques, including lighting, composition, and sound.
