Hello!

Swoon's largest client in the Utilities space is seeking a Project Coordinator to help within their PMO Lab group that tests all products prior to heading out to the grid. This person will support building Proof of Concept for various efforts within their PMO.

Details:

Contract Duration: Multi - year contract engagement

Schedule: HYBRID, must be able to go to Rosemead, CA office 2-3 days per week

Rate: $40 - $45/hr

Candidate MUST be local to the Los Angeles area or willing to commute to Rosemead

Responsibilities:

• Supports the Project Manager and LAB Proof of Concept PMO Team.
• Support Proof of concept workshops and all related requirements deliverables, E.g., documentation of use cases.
• Collects data by identifying sources of information and compiles into a cohesive package.
• Organizes information by studying, analyzing, interpreting, and classifying data.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

Qualifications:

• 3 or more years of experience in an Information Technology environment.
• 2 or more years of experience in project support and coordination.
