Great full time job opportunity in Tulsa, OK! If you have strong administrative and billing skills, this may be the perfect role for you. This is an onsite role in a business casual office setting.
Responsibilities:
Review and reconcile billing
Handle service requests for policy owners, including address changes, beneficiary changes, and other adjustments
Answer questions and provide customer service
Assist with administrative duties, policy questions, and reports
Qualifications:
Must have at least 3 years of recent and relevant billing experience
Experience in insurance or financial services industries preferred
Knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel required
