Job Description

Parts Associate/Specialist Description of the role: Quality Chevrolet GMC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Parts Associate/Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various parts-related activities, including inventory management, customer service, and order processing. Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this position. Responsibilities:

Assist with receiving, organizing, and cataloging parts inventory
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with parts inquiries and orders
Process parts orders accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of parts
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts department

Requirements:

Prior experience in an automotive parts role preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Proficient computer skills, including experience with parts management software
