Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Part-Time Benefits Coordinator for a leading statewide association dedicated to providing on-site technical assistance and specialized training for rural water and wastewater systems. This growing organization offers opportunities to contribute across various areas that support compliance with best business practices at both the state and federal levels. The selected candidate will work out of the Sacramento office in California.
ResponsibilitiesThe Benefits Coordinator will assist with tasks including, but not limited to, support for training programs, onboarding, benefits coordination, workers' compensation claims, and other duties as assigned by management. This role may receive direction from multiple staff members, including the Executive Director, Controller, and other managers, but will ultimately report to the Deputy Director.

Benefits The role offers a competitive pay range of $28 to $33 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
