We’re Looking for a Parenting Coach

If you’re passionate about guiding parents through everyday challenges—from tantrums and routines to confidence-building and family harmony—and want a flexible, digital-first platform to scale your impact, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct virtual one-on-one consultations to assess family dynamics and parenting goals
• Develop and deliver customized action plans covering discipline strategies, communication techniques, and age-appropriate expectations
• Educate caregivers on positive reinforcement, attachment-based approaches, and setting healthy boundaries
• Troubleshoot common challenges such as bedtime battles, mealtime resistance, screen-time limits, and sibling rivalry
• Host live & on-demand webinars on topics like “Building Consistent Routines” and “Emotion Coaching for Toddlers”
• Provide follow-up support, adjusting recommendations based on family feedback and progress
• Document session notes, milestones, and next steps in your MissPoppins coach portal

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Hold certification or training in parenting education, family therapy, child psychology, or a related field
• Have hands-on experience coaching parents through behavioral and relational challenges
• Are trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and empathetic in your coaching style
• Embrace technology and value flexibility as an independent contractor
• Want to focus on client transformation—without the admin, marketing, and billing overhead
