Responsibilities: Visual Inspection / Function Test / Board Level Repair / Flash Firmware for incoming PCB. Troubleshooting / Diagnosis / Identify root causes for failed PCB. Recreate the problem with the information customers have given and provide a solution. Quality control on all RMA products to meet industrial standards and customer satisfaction Performs various other tasks and special projects as directed by manager. Support customer onsite service as needed. Requirements: Knowledgeable in electronic circuits and schematics. 1 - 2 years repair experiences on PCB board level. Good hand soldering skills. Experience in motherboard testing, 1U Rackmount configuration, and barebone assembly. Expert knowledge of major OS environments including but not limited to Windows & Linux. Problem-solving skills & excellent communication and customer service skills is a plus. Able to make progress in multiple tasks simultaneously and be flexible to changing requirements and priorities.
