We are recruiting for an established family law firm seeking an Experienced Senior Attorney to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will handle a wide variety of family law cases, including high-stakes divorces, child custody matters, support issues, and complex property divisions. Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, property division, and more.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
• Attend court hearings and trials as necessary.

Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in California.
• 3-20 years of experience practicing family law.
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate and supporting direct staff
• Overseeing pleadings and discovery responses
• Drafting or reviewing legal documents
• Handling back-end client communication
