Join our dynamic healthcare team as an ECMO Specialist Registered Nurse, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing and operating extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) equipment to provide critical support to patients with severe cardiac and respiratory conditions. The ECMO Specialist Registered Nurses responsible for monitoring patients on ECMO, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes, performing routine equipment checks, and ensuring the safe and effective function of ECMO circuits. Other responsibilities include providing patient and family education, documenting care activities, and adhering to established protocols for ECMO management.
