CNC / EDM Programmer

We’re looking for a CNC EDM Programmer who doesn’t just “run the machine,” but owns the craft. You’ll be the go-to expert for wire EDM operations — programming, setting up, and optimizing production on advanced Mitsubishi MV1200R equipment. Every cut you make contributes to something bigger — products that push the limits of science, engineering, and human imagination.
Program and operate EDM machinery (ESPRIT CAM experience preferred).
Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T to deliver micron-level precision.
Fine-tune processes for peak efficiency and performance.
Collaborate with a passionate team of engineers and innovators who thrive on solving impossible problems.
5+ years of EDM experience and an eye for perfection.
Mastery of CAM software and blueprints.
A love for precision — holding tolerances within .0002” is just another day for you.
