At Always Best Care, we provide compassionate, high-quality in-home care for seniors and individuals needing support with daily living activities. As a trusted care provider in the Greater West Houston area, we are expanding our team and seeking dedicated caregivers to join us. We are urgently hiring for a caregiver to assist a client in Conroe, TX (77385). Location: Greater West Houston (Current Need: Conroe, TX 77385)Schedule: To be announced (TBA) – confirmed schedule will be finalized soonType of Care: Dementia care – full care supportTarget Start Date: December 2025 Responsibilities: * Follow a care plan outlined by a supervisor to provide daily living assistance to elderly clients, including but not limited to medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care * Provide specialized support and companionship for clients with dementia * Offer full care assistance, ensuring client safety, comfort, and dignity at all times * Monitor and track client health and well-being, and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor * Assist with errands, appointments, and transportation as needed * Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on client care and activities * Follow all safety and infection control protocols to protect clients and maintain a clean, healthy environment * Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure the best quality of care Requirements:

• Prior experience working as a caregiver
