Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Construction Project Manager Commercial, located in Crofton, MD. The Assistant Construction Project Manager will support project management tasks, including drafting submittals, reviewing changes in scopes, project coordination and quality control. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, managing resources, and ensuring project milestones are met. The role requires working closely with project managers and other team members to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Coordination and Construction Project Management
• Skill in Technical Drawings and AutoCAD
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in construction project management software and tools is a plus
