Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time, in-office Accounting & Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. This role will be instrumental in managing day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable and receivable, while also supporting cross-functional needs across purchasing, logistics, and general administration.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
• Process accounts payable on a daily basis
• Reconcile AP discrepancies with vendors
• Review accounts receivable daily to track processing times and identify discrepancies
• Reconcile AP and AR clearing accounts regularly
• Assist in resolving sales order discrepancies
• Communicate with vendors and customers regarding invoices, payments, and account issues
• Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on outstanding items
• Assist with AR collections efforts
Administrative & Operational Support
• Support purchasing department with administrative tasks across the purchase order lifecycle, including vendor follow-ups, updating pricing, and maintaining accurate records
• Assist logistics team with returns and claims processing
• Help with general office and administrative tasks as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed to support the team and business operations
What We’re Looking For
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership, resourcefulness, and the ability to take initiative in identifying and solving problems in a fast-paced environment
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related administrative roles
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (AP/AR)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks or similar preferred)
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment a plus
