Job Title: Wi-Fi Network Engineer

Pay Range: $75/hour – $80/hour

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced WiFi Network Engineer to lead and support enterprise-level wireless network implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in wireless networking, especially in high-demand environments such as hospitals or large campuses.

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on designing, deploying, and optimizing robust Wi-Fi infrastructures, with a strong preference for professionals familiar with SD-Access technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise-grade Wi-Fi networks, including upgrades and new deployments.
• Lead Wi-Fi projects end-to-end, including site surveys, hardware configuration, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, facilities, and clinical operations in hospital environments (if applicable).
• Troubleshoot complex wireless networking issues and optimize network performance and coverage.
• Document configurations, topologies, and implementation strategies.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Senior Network Engineer , with a strong focus on wireless networks.
• 3–5 years of recent experience leading or executing Wi-Fi implementation projects .
• Deep understanding of wireless protocols, security, and performance standards.
• Experience in the hospital or healthcare industry is a strong plus.
• SD-Access (Software-Defined Access) experience is a huge plus .
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CWNP, Cisco Wireless, CCNP) are preferred.
