The ideal candidate will be responsible for engineering to support program launch readiness, production planning, and continuous improvement. Provide the necessary weld engineering knowledge, processing skills, and technical support to the company to ensure optimal levels of safety, quality, productivity, and delivery to internal and external customer satisfaction.
