Munson Boatsis seekingWelder Fitter Fabricatorsto join our team in manufacturing welded aluminum boats for worldwide clients, includingfire/rescue boats, research vessels, high speed patrol boats, USCG certified passenger boats and more. Our boats are assembled in a state of the art production facility with radiant floor heat providing a comfortable work environment throughout the year.

You will join a crew of 3-4 persons who will be responsible for building a highly customized welded aluminum vessel under the direction of a lead supervisor. All vessel designs and CNC router cutting is done in-house with years of geometry and standardization practices. We operate a clean, safe and well organized work environment.

For experienced aluminum Welder Fabricatorslooking to transition from a comparable shop,we are prepared to offer a $5000 signing bonusto make the move even more worthwhile.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performhigh-quality aluminum weldingwith a focus on structural integrity and aesthetics
• Fabricate and assemble aluminum hulls, decks, fuel tanks and other vessel components
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Ensure precise fit-up and proper welding techniques
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Work efficiently within a team 3-4 person team under direction of a lead supervisor
