Job Description:
Execute visually refined and responsive web pages using Figma within a pre-established design system.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Build and refine components and landing pages using Figma
Work within an existing design system with set iconography, layout, and visual elements
Collaborate closely with internal designers and stakeholders
Translate briefs into design execution with minimal guidance
Ensure visual quality and consistency across hundreds of web pages
Provide organized and annotated design handoffs to developers
Contribute to meeting timelines and project deliverables
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
5 years in web visual design roles
Advanced proficiency with Figma (including variables, auto layout, linked libraries, branches, annotations)
Strong visual portfolio showcasing clean, elegant, responsive web design
Experience in production design, executing designs created by others
Able to take direction and work autonomously
Understanding of handing off designs to development teams
Nice-to-Haves:
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JS, JSON
Experience working in agile or fast-paced digital environments
