The Software Training Specialist is a vital member of our technology team, responsible for driving user readiness and adoption, and long-term enablement across Lineage products. This role partners closely with product teams, project stakeholders, and subject matter experts to assess training needs and develop scalable learning solutions, managing the full training lifecycle across multiple software projects.
The Specialist must be comfortable navigating fast-paced environments, ambiguity, and shifting requirements to create stability. Leveraging a mix of delivery methods—including live instruction, eLearning, user documentation, and knowledge base platforms. The Specialist helps design, deliver, and maintain user-centered training experiences while establishing and upholding standards.
