About the Role

This is a hybrid role for someone who loves managing the details and shaping the big picture. You’ll own client relationships, build retail programs from the ground up, and keep things moving from kickoff to in-store launch. You’ll work alongside our senior team—not under them—collaborating closely with sales, creative, and logistics to deliver smart, strategic retail solutions.

What You’ll Do

Client Strategy & Program Development
  • Lead TradeWorks client accounts and serve as their main point of contact
  • Develop trade marketing plans that help emerging brands scale at retail
  • Turn client goals into smart, actionable programs that deliver results

Project Management & Execution
  • Manage timelines, assets, and budgets using Asana
  • Coordinate with creative, sales, operations, and vendors
  • Keep the team aligned and the trains on time

Sales Support
  • Assist with pricing, obtaining renders, and order management
  • Ensure backend systems and sales processes are tied up neatly
  • Help bring program logistics to the finish line

What You Bring
  • 3–5 years in trade marketing, brand management, shopper marketing, or agency account services
  • Strong understanding of retail environments (especially convenience, liquor, and specialty)
  • Great communicator, strong coordination and follow-through, and meticulous attention to detail 
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Asana (or eager to learn)

Bonus Points For
  • Experience with beverage, supplements, cannabis, or other fast-moving CPGs
  • Familiarity with DSD networks, merchandising logistics, or warehouse coordination
  • Background in print production, asset kitting, or retail display rollouts
