About the Role:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition intern to provide support to our U.S. Campus program. This is a highly visible role on the team that provides critical support to our U.S. recruitment function during our fall and spring recruiting cycles. You will have the opportunity to learn and gain skills from a best-in-class Talent Acquisition team.

This is a full-time three-month internship position for the Fall Semester, with the potential to extend through the Spring Semester. The position requires 3 days in our New York City Office with 2 days remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Talent Acquisition administrative tasks such as resume reviews, calendar invites, pipeline management, interview load balancing, etc.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including strategy development, posting jobs, sourcing, diversity recruiting, candidate outreach, employer branding, and hiring
  • Provide exceptional service to our candidates, recruiters and hiring managers

Qualifications:

  • Current student pursuing a Bachelor's degree, preferably pursing a degree in Business, HR, etc
  • Highly analytical with the ability to work with data in Excel
  • An interest in talent acquisition
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of professionals domestically and internationally
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing environment
