Job Description

The Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, design-minded Studio Assistant to support our growing e-commerce operations. This role will work directly with the Principal Designer to curate product collections, update our Shopify site, coordinate logistics, and assist with the daily operations that keep our small but fast-moving team running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Curation Support: Assist with researching, organizing, and uploading new furniture lines and collections to our e-commerce site.
  • Shopify Management: Maintain and update product listings, collections, and visuals to ensure our online store reflects the latest designs and availability.
  • Administrative Coordination: Support scheduling of photoshoots, vendor meetings, and other operational appointments.
  • Marketing & PR Assistance: Collaborate with our external PR and marketing team on content organization, social media support, and product launches.
  • General Operations: Provide day-to-day administrative support including file organization, vendor communication, and order tracking and fulfillment.

Requirements

  • Highly driven and self-motivated — you thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and take initiative without needing to be micromanaged.
  • Team-oriented mindset — you’ll be collaborating with a small, high-performing team of A-players and should bring positive energy, accountability, and a solution-focused attitude.
  • Local to Scottsdale or the surrounding area — this role is in-person and hands-on (not remote).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills — clarity and professionalism are key when working with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills — you can juggle multiple priorities, anticipate needs, and follow through from start to finish.
  • Independent and resourceful — you take ownership of your work, seek answers proactively, and manage projects confidently.
  • Background in business, marketing, or design is a plus, but not required.
  • Students and emerging professionals eager to learn and grow are encouraged to apply.

Hourly Range: $15-$20 /hour
