TurnPoint Services is looking for a driven Skilled Trades Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment efforts across our Kentucky, Tennessee, and Northern Alabama markets—supporting our growing family of brands in these regions.

This role directly supports our brands in Kentucky, Tennessee, Huntsville (AL), and Cookeville (TN)—all of which are driving aggressive growth and technician hiring in their local markets.

What You’ll Do:

As a Skilled Trades Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be the face of TurnPoint’s recruiting outreach in the skilled trades sector. You will champion our brand in the field while supporting efficient hiring operations behind the scenes. This is a dynamic, relationship-driven role that combines field engagement with operational recruiting execution.

Your impact will include:

• Regional travel throughout KY, TN, and Northern AL for school visits, job fairs, career events, and onsite brand visits
• Developing and managing relationships with technical schools, union halls, and local workforce programs
• Screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding for field technician roles
• Promoting HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trade careers through community events and digital channels
• Tracking recruiting activity, reporting metrics, and helping streamline hiring processes for local leaders

What You Bring:

• Passion for the skilled trades and helping people find meaningful careers
• Background in recruiting, workforce development, or community engagement (HVAC/trade experience a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you’re a connector and relationship-builder
• Willingness to travel frequently across Cincinnati, Northern KY, Louisville, Nashville, Huntsville, and Cookeville
• Organized, proactive, and adaptable to shifting hiring needs across multiple locations
