Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk
Location:  Temecula, CA
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire (Immediate Opening)

Schedule: 8:00PM-4:30PM, 3-5 days, Monday to Friday.

Pay Rate: 19.50 per hour.

Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse and shipping operations. This temp-to-hire position is ideal for a reliable individual with experience in packaging finished products, preparing shipping documentation, and coordinating outbound shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Box and package finished products accurately and efficiently
• Prepare shipping documentation, including:
  • Packing lists
  • Certificates of Conformance
  • Material certificates and other required forms
  • Customer shipment notifications
  • Product and box labels
• Process shipments via UPS, FedEx, and LTL carriers
• Perform work in accordance with established work instructions
• Read, understand, and follow customer-specific shipping requirements
• Maintain accurate records and ensure attention to detail in all tasks
• Operate a forklift as needed (experience preferred)
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous shipping and receiving experience preferred
• Accurate and efficient typing skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow written instructions and customer requirements
• Forklift experience is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs

Schedule:

• Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 3–5 days per week
