Sr. Developer, ServiceNow, ITAM, CMDB Skills:
5+ years experience in ServiceNow development and implementation Hands-on experience with ITAM and CMDB modules, including asset lifecycle management and configuration management.
Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript and Glide scripting within the ServiceNow platform.
Write advanced scripts (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.) Strong knowledge of ServiceNow REST APIs and experience integrating with external systems.
Proficiency in data transformation and ETL processes within ServiceNow.
Implement data normalization, reconciliation, and enrichment processes to ensure accurate and reliable asset data
Experience implementing integration with 3rd party tools
Proficiency in JavaScript, XML and APIs
ServiceNow Expertise : ITAM, CMDB, 3rd party integration
Certifications : Certified Application Developer (nice to have), CIS in ITAM (nice to have)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-driven approach to development.
