Position Overview

The Server is the direct link between our guests and the kitchen/bar team. Servers are responsible for providing excellent table service, guiding guests through menu offerings, and ensuring every guest leaves happy. This role requires strong people skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Answer menu questions, provide recommendations, and upsell specials.
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure food/drinks meet quality standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and check back regularly for satisfaction.
• Process payments accurately and handle POS transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and assist with side work.
• Work closely with bartenders, runners, and kitchen staff for smooth service.

Qualifications

• Prior serving experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

TABC and Food Handler certifications (or ability to obtain) required prior to start date.
