Hourly range - $31 to $45 an hour

This position is hybrid, onsite at the client location in Richmond, VA three to four days a week.

This position is an in house temporary, contract.

Our Senior RPO Recruiter is accountable for:

• Full cycle recruiting for KellyOCG clients.
• Recruiting salaried Manufacturing, Engineering, and Moulding roles.
• Leading and successfully running the entire recruiting process.
• Managing a high-volume requisition load effectively and successfully.
• Routinely meeting with client partners to benchmark candidates, share market data, adjust strategy, set expectations, and drive the hire/no hire decision.

Essential Skills:

• Must have recruiting experience supporting the Manufacturing and Engineering business function.
• RPO experience is a plus
• Experience with and ability to find and attract passive talent.
• Experience with a wide range of Applicant Tracking Systems and proficient experience working in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with and comfortable working in a data driven environment; Meet and/or exceed all outlined scorecard targets.

Base salary range $61,575 to $90,000
