Position title: Senior Machine Learning Engineer
Duties :
Lead and contribute to the development of Bertec's Machine Learning capabilities for human gait and motion analysis for product and clinical research purposes. Lead and manage the machine learning engineering design and development team in product development projects. Coordinate validation testing of all deliverables and translate Bertec's needs for technology into a development roadmap. Lead development team, oversee day-to-day activities, and provide mentorship and technical guidance. Manage the development of Bertec Machine Learning Pipelines and Bertec Web Services. Utilize Bertec’s design and development workflows (Helix, Jira, GitHub). Gather requirements, create project plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives related to ML pipeline product development, team management, and overall business growth. Communicate project updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment between stakeholders and project teams. Present project proposals, status reports, and recommendations to senior management as needed. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and follow best practices and feedback mechanisms to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and deliver exceptional results.
