**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a creative and data-savvy Email Marketing & Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective email marketing campaigns, crafting engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to drive results for our clients.

**Responsibilities:**

* **Email Marketing:**
* Plan, create, and execute email campaigns, from strategy development to deployment and analysis.
* Craft compelling subject lines, email copy, and calls-to-action that resonate with target audiences.
* Design and build visually appealing email templates that align with brand guidelines.
* Segment email lists for personalized and targeted communication.
* Set up automated email workflows to nurture leads and drive conversions.
* Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
* **Content Creation:**
* Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for emails, landing pages, social media posts, blog articles, and other marketing materials.
* Develop content calendars to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
* Repurpose existing content for different channels and formats to maximize its impact.
* **Data Analysis and Reporting:**
* Track and analyze key email marketing metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to measure campaign performance.
* Prepare regular reports summarizing results and insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
* Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize future campaigns.

**Qualifications:**

* Prefer Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience MAY be accepted, instead of a degree.
* 1-3 years of experience in email marketing and content creation, preferably within a digital marketing agency
* Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Klaviyo)
* Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
* Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and industry trends
* Familiarity with SEO principles to optimize email content
* Experience with A/B testing and data analysis tools
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

**Bonus Points:**

* Experience with HTML and CSS for email template customization
* Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
* Experience with social media marketing and paid advertising
