Primary Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
  • Strong knowledge in Scrum Project Management and Program Management topics.

Secondary Skills:

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAFe Agile methodologies.

Job Description:

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile and SAFe methodologies to lead and facilitate Scrum teams in delivering high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to coach teams and stakeholders on Agile best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a servant leader and coach for multiple Scrum teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and SAFe framework.
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
  • Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure well-defined and prioritized backlogs.
  • Track and report team progress using Agile metrics (Velocity, Burndown charts, etc.).
  • Coordinate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and other Scrum Masters in a SAFe environment.
  • Ensure alignment with business objectives and delivery timelines.
  • Promote transparency and communication across teams and stakeholders.
  • Mentor team members and stakeholders on Agile and SAFe practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAFe Agile methodologies .
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification required.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Agile tools such as JIRA, Rally, Confluence .
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, distributed team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or Advanced Scrum certifications.
  • Experience in large-scale Agile transformations.
