Title: SAP HANA Native Development Lead
Location: Burbank CA or Orlando FL

Required Skillsets

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Native HANA development data modeling SQLScript and performance optimization.
• Proven expertise in designing end-to-end data models optimizing complex HANA views and delivering scalable analytics solutions.
• Adept at integrating SAP HANA with S4 HANA and non-SAP systems to drive business intelligence and data-driven decision-making.
• Expertise in SQLScript Table Functions and advanced Calculation Views.
• Understanding of the SAP SLT to do correct mapping
• Strong experience in SLT SDI SDA for data provisioning.
• Knowledge of HANA XS/XS Advanced OData services.
• Experience with performance tuning and query optimization in HANA.
• Strong experience in integration with BOA Webi Tableau Power BI.

• Lead and manage a support team handling bug fixes enhancements and client queries.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Should have a clear understanding and working experience in SDLC CI/CD Agile & Sprint programs.
• Ability to Co-ordination with Application and Platform teams Hyper-Care support Performance optimization Unit Test & Integration test support
• Mentor and support other colleagues and L2 team for L3 Technical delivery
• Managing services SLAs like availability (proactive monitoring) and incident resolutions as per SLAs .

• Lead and manage a support team handling bug fixes enhancements and client queries.
• Design and develop Attribute Analytic and Calculation Views (Graphical and SQLScript-based).
• Create complex Calculation Views using Table Functions and SQLScript.
• Use variables and input parameters to enable dynamic data filtering.
• Develop stored procedures and functions to handle business logic in the database layer.
• Implement Hierarchies Restricted and Calculated Columns in HANA models.
• Optimize joins aggregations and projections for faster execution.
• Refactor complex Calculation Views by leveraging Aggregation Nodes Star Join and pruning techniques .
• Integrate HANA models with BusinessObjects (BO) Tableau / Power BI.
