As a Sales Executive, you’ll help expand access to life-changing infusion therapies—supporting patients who deserve care in more comfortable, convenient settings like their home or an infusion suite.

You’ll represent a growing infusion therapy provider and play a key role in driving awareness, building referral networks, and supporting physicians in delivering the best care possible.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians and care teams
• Educate providers on infusion therapy services through thoughtful, consultative conversations
• Develop and manage a pipeline of referral sources and maintain consistent outreach
• Coordinate with referral coordinators and office staff to support new and existing partnerships
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, make strategic calls, and support local marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to roll out engagement materials and campaigns
• Partner with pharmaceutical representatives to identify potential referral opportunities
• Track outreach activities in CRM and report on trends, engagement, and growth opportunities
• Contribute to a high-performing, mission-driven sales culture

Experience:

• At least 2 years in a sales, outreach, or business development role
• Experience in healthcare or life sciences is helpful, but not required
• Proven ability to generate leads and build relationships from the ground up

Education

Technical Proficiency

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Quick to learn and use CRM systems and outreach tools
