T C Elli's in Lubbock, TX is looking for sales associates to join our 10 person strong team for the holidays. We are located at 2422 Broadway in Lubbock.

We are growing rapidly and need energetic, optimistic, and highly motivated people to join our team! Are you ready to grow and be challenged? No experience needed, we will train! 

This is a Sales Associate position with the opportunity to advance into middle management.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers by greeting them and offering them assistance.
• Direct customers by escorting them to our products.
• Advise customers by providing information on products.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash, and store or other credit cards.
• Use judgment to solve customer problems
• Maintain scheduling commitments
• Modeling clothing for our online store and social media

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Excellent verbal skills
• Able to problem solve as issues arise
• Able to work in a high volume, quick paced atmosphere
