What You’ll Do:

• Deliver medical nutrition therapy and patient education
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and nutrition teams
• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments
• Monitor weight, wound care, renal, and tube-fed residents
• Perform nutrition-focused physical exams and QA audits

Who We’re Looking For:

• Registered Dietitians OR candidates who have completed a Dietetic Internship
• Strong communicators with critical thinking skills
