Reporting into the VP of Talent and Organizational Development, The Regional Talent Development Leader will join a growing HUB HR team. This role is accountable for crafting and delivering development initiatives that improve the employee and leadership experience at HUB International.
The Regional Talent Development Manager will be a member of the Corporate Talent Development team, and a key member of the Central Region HR team. This role will be accountable for designing, delivering, and continuously improving learning and organizational development initiatives that align with HUB’s enterprise talent strategy while also supporting region-specific talent initiatives. This HR leader will also facilitate various leadership and employee training within their assigned region and across the enterprise.
This position will be located in the Central Region (Chicago, IL/Grand Rapids, MI/Cincinatti, OH) near a HUB Location and will have a hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office.
