Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Recruiter to join our clients team. This role is pivotal in managing recruiting efforts and building and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is passionate about talent acquisition, committed to both personal and professional growth, and eager to drive individual and team success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and placing top talent.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide customized recruitment solutions.
• Utilize various sourcing methods—including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach—to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices to provide valuable insights to both clients and candidates.
• Continuously refine recruitment strategies, enhance workflows, and leverage technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics (KPIs) to assess and improve hiring strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within a recruitment agency.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, best practices, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and job requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong organizational skills with a results-driven mindset.
