**Job Title: Manufacturing Recruiter** **$35 per hour** **Job Description** As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our manufacturing and operational teams. You will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensure a positive candidate experience. **Responsibilities** + Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job postings. + Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and internal databases. + Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule onsite or virtual interviews. + Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). + Coordinate pre-employment processes including BG checks and onboarding. + Build relationships with local workforce agencies and community partners to support hiring initiatives. + Track and report recruitment metrics to ensure alignment with staffing goals. + Promote the employer brand and uphold diversity and inclusion standards. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. + Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools. + Knowledge of employment laws and compliance practices. + High level of professionalism and attention to detail. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience recruiting for skilled trades or production roles. + Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. + Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. **Why Work Here?** We offer 80% premium insurance coverage, 100% paid life insurance, and annual wage increases. The role requires flexibility to work the standard day shift starting from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM, Monday through Friday, and the ability to work occasional night shifts to support night shift hiring. The schedule also includes a 2-2-3 rotation with shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM and 7 PM to 7 AM. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Salt Lake City, UT. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
