Job Description:

The Real Estate Records Analyst will support a short-term project focused on reviewing, scanning, and organizing archived real estate documents . This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The analyst will assist in categorizing files, identifying potential property rights opportunities, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping for future reference.

Responsibilities:

• Review, scan, sort, and categorize historical real estate files.
• Organize documents by folder, property, and location to improve accessibility.
• Identify and flag properties with potential for further evaluation.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of findings.
• Collaborate with internal team members to clarify document context when needed.
• Support the Real Estate team in achieving project goals within the defined timeline.

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience handling and scanning documents.
• Experience with document review, records management, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data entry.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional, reliable, and deadline driven.
• Familiarity with real estate terminology or property rights a plus.
• Handing of file boxes and archived files.
• Ability to lift packages up to [30-50 lbs].
