We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for a full-time real estate acquisitions specialist. You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best. $83,000 - $120,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
• Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
• Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
• Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information

• Client Engagement: Convert leads into appointments, present offers, and secure purchase agreements.
• Negotiation : Effectively negotiate purchase terms and oversee negotiations for sellers
• Market Relationships: Build and maintain relationships throughout the market to identify future acquisition opportunities.
• Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor the sales process.
• Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients.

Qualifications:

• Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
• Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented

• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Proficient computer skills
• High school diploma (Real estate license is a plus)
