Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to support a Program Manager in the execution of high-impact initiatives. The Project Manager will be responsible for driving day-to-day project activities, ensuring that deliverables are met on time, within budget, and aligned with program objectives. Acting as a bridge between the Program Manager, stakeholders, and project teams, this role is critical to ensuring transparency, control, and successful delivery across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing projects within a larger program framework.
• Manage daily project operations, including schedules, budgets, risk/issue tracking, and progress reporting.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including charters, status reports, meeting minutes, and action logs.
• Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with program goals.
• Escalate issues, risks, and dependencies to the Program Manager on time, providing recommendations for mitigation.
• Track and monitor project KPIs and deliverables, ensuring compliance with methodology and governance standards.
• Drive process discipline and continuous improvement within project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
• PMP®, or Agile/Scrum certification strongly desired.
• 5+ years of experience managing medium to large-scale projects; experience in supporting or working within program structures is a plus.
