We're Hiring: Project Coordinator | Join a Fast-Paced, High-Impact Team!

We're looking for a Project Coordinator to support planning, scheduling, and documentation for high-profile projects from start to finish.

📍 Location : Corona, CA

🕒 Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate site walks, feasibility reviews, and drawing submittals
• Communicate daily with supervisors and internal departments
• Manage all project documentation and maintain contractor-client data
• Submit purchase order requests and track associated costs
• Update project trackers with accurate forecast and actual dates
• Upload key documents to customer databases
• Submit and record invoices, and prepare closeout packages
• Maintain and update weekly reports
• Escalate project issues as needed

What You'll Bring:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience with Excel, Outlook, Bluebeam; quick to learn systems like Sage or Dynamics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks under pressure
• Attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines
• Previous experience in project coordination, billing, or administrative roles preferred
