**Job Title: Production Operator- 1st Shift** **Job Description** Join our team as a Production Operator, where you will utilize hand tools and machinery to assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies for various fields. You will work with tools like screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches, and operate production machinery to print on solder paste and smaller components. Quality checks are a vital part of the process, ensuring each piece meets our high standards before proceeding to the next step. Instructions are accessed via computers, requiring a basic familiarity with computer use and the ability to log into multiple programs. **Responsibilities** + Assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies using hand tools and machinery. + Perform quality checks on assembled components. + Use computers to follow step-by-step assembly instructions. + Access and navigate multiple computer programs for assembly instructions. **Essential Skills** + Basic computer operation skills. + Experience in production and assembly processes. + Ability to use hand tools such as screwdrivers and torque drivers. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1 year of assembly experience preferred. + 1-2 years of soldering experience is advantageous. + Experience in picking and packaging is beneficial. + Experience in customer service roles can be helpful. **Why Work Here?** Work in a clean, climate-controlled facility that maintains a comfortable 70 degrees year-round. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
