Job Description

Position: Process Improvement Specialist 3

Location: Orlando, FL

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Type: Hybrid: 2-3 Days onsite Orlando, 32714

Must-Haves:

  • 5–10+ years of experience in Process Improvement, preferably within healthcare or hospital systems
  • Project Management System experience
  • Lean Manufacturing/Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or other equivalent quality certification
  • Bachelor's degree with four or more years of relevant experience
  • Proven ability to assess current operational processes and identify performance improvement (PI) opportunities.
  • Strong consultative approach; able to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
  • Skilled in gathering and interpreting data from campus-level submissions and operational metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clinical leaders and cross-functional teams – Integrity + Mission driven
  • Ability to translate complex operational challenges into actionable improvement strategies.
  • Proven experience leading process improvement projects, preferably in a complex organizational environment

Day to Day:

Performance Improvement leaders for East Fl division

Working with C-suites to provide PI plans + education

Helping to lead out projects + the coach for our C-suites

Ensure projects remain on track + accomplish KPIs

C Suites: Operational, Corporate, PMs, etc.

Involved in performance review committees – collaborating to identify opportunities for growth
