Job Description

Position: Process Improvement Specialist 3

Location: Orlando, FL

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Type: Hybrid: 2-3 Days onsite Orlando, 32714

Must-Haves:

5–10+ years of experience in Process Improvement, preferably within healthcare or hospital systems
Project Management System experience
Lean Manufacturing/Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or other equivalent quality certification
Bachelor's degree with four or more years of relevant experience
Proven ability to assess current operational processes and identify performance improvement (PI) opportunities.
Strong consultative approach; able to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
Skilled in gathering and interpreting data from campus-level submissions and operational metrics.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clinical leaders and cross-functional teams – Integrity + Mission driven
Ability to translate complex operational challenges into actionable improvement strategies.
Proven experience leading process improvement projects, preferably in a complex organizational environment

Day to Day:

Performance Improvement leaders for East Fl division

Working with C-suites to provide PI plans + education

Helping to lead out projects + the coach for our C-suites

Ensure projects remain on track + accomplish KPIs

C Suites: Operational, Corporate, PMs, etc.

Involved in performance review committees – collaborating to identify opportunities for growth
