🔥 Plant Manager – Steel Fabrication

📍 Location: Orlando, FL

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow, safety, and on-time production.
• Lead and support a team of fabricators, machinists, supervisors, and QC inspectors.
• Coordinate materials, schedules, and budgets to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Uphold safety and quality standards through inspections and corrective actions.
• Promote continuous improvement, training, and strong team communication.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership in steel fabrication or manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of welding, fabrication processes, and material handling.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with scheduling software (Tekla Power Fab is a plus).
• Flexible with hours; valid driver’s license required.
