Job Summary : 

Plant Manager provides leadership to Plant Operations and oversees all daily operations of the plant. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead all daily plant operations, ensuring production, quality, and safety standards are met.
• Manage full P&L responsibility, driving cost control, efficiency, and profitability.
• Plan labor and resources to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
• Monitor performance using operational tools; take corrective action as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean practices and RCCA support.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications (Required)

• High School diploma or GED (required at all locations)
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in  metal fabrication  or industrial manufacturing, including at least 3 years managing full plant operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing a plant  P&L , including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Strong background in fabrication processes: welding (MIG/TIG), CNC machining, laser cutting, press brake operations, and finishing.

Job Qualifications (Preferred):

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university/college
• Experience with ISO 9001 
• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing tools and practices

Physical Requirements of the Job:

• Able to work in non-climate-controlled and noisy environment
• Frequent overhead reaching and reaching with both hands 
• Able to wear and tolerate Personal Protective Equipment (apparel and devices)
• Vision acuity, corrected or uncorrected, capable of reading documents, blueprints, gauges, equipment settings, calibration instruments, parts labels and written materials
• Reliable to come to work every day and be on-time
• Flexible work availability, including Overtime during the week and weekends
