**Job Title: Picker** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Packer, working on the 2nd shift from 12 pm to 8:30 pm. This role involves picking products using RF scanners, performing inventory and cycle counts, and preparing products for shipment. You will be moving materials throughout the facility using various equipment and ensuring all picks are accurate. **Responsibilities** + Pick products using RF Scanner. + Perform inventory counts and cycle counts. + View and interpret pick sheets and order sheets. + Verify accuracy of all picks. + Prepare products for shipment. + Move materials throughout the facility using various equipment. + Engage in packing and scanning activities. + Handle heavy lifting of up to 50 lbs or more. **Essential Skills** + Proficient in using RF scanners. + Experience in order picking. + At least 6 months of warehouse experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma. + Experience with inventory, cycle counts, and forklift operation. **Why Work Here?** This company boasts an excellent culture, with many roles filled through referrals from current employees. The warehouse is divided into six major departments: ITAD, Integration Lab, Shipping, Receiving, Inventory, and Special Projects. The facility usually runs two shifts but may add a third shift during busy seasons. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carol Stream, IL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
