As a PCA, you will provide essential support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Your compassionate care will help individuals with daily activities, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued in their own homes.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Helping with mobility and transferring clients safely.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' social wellbeing.
• Assisting with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Performing light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean living environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills and compassion towards clients.

• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.

• Reliability and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.

• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings as required.

• Ability to adapt to the unique needs of clients and work with a team.
