We are seeking 3 Patient Logistics RNs to work virtually in Phoenix. As the PL RN you will help with transfer center operations to ensure smooth patient placement and efficient communication across departments. This role is seeking individuals who have a strong background with Medical Terminology and technology literacy combined with years within an inpatient clinical setting. There are both day and night 3x12 shifts available with the expectation to work 4 weekend shifts a month and alternating holidays.

Skills and Requirements
3 years experience as an RN in a clinical setting
*AZ RN License (single or compact)
*1 year working in ED or Critical Care setting
Previous virtual experience working with multiple EHR and healthcare systems
*Will need to pass a tech competency screening which includes a typing test
Proven coordination experience with hospital leadership, medical staff, and transportation vendors to expedite room assignments and optimize resource utilization.
Able to articulate quality assurance processes, identify barriers, and report outcomes to management for continuous improvement. Previously a work from home Remote RN
